Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember certain information about your visit — such as your preferences or whether you have already accepted our cookie notice — so you do not need to re-enter it each time.
Cookies do not contain personal data in themselves and cannot run programs or install software. They are read only by the web server that placed them. We use them to make this site work properly and, where you agree, to understand how it is used so we can improve it.
This policy explains which cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can manage or remove them at any time.
Cookie Types We Use
Essential Cookies
Always active — cannot be disabled
These cookies are necessary for the website to function correctly. Without them, basic features such as page navigation and form access would not work. Because they are strictly necessary, they cannot be switched off in our system.
- Session management and security
- Storing your cookie consent preference
- Load balancing and basic site operation
Analytics Cookies
Optional — requires your consent
These cookies help us understand how visitors use this website — for example, which pages are visited most, where visitors come from, and whether any errors are encountered. This information is aggregated and anonymous; it cannot be used to identify you personally.
- Page view counts and session duration
- Traffic source and entry pages
- Device and browser type statistics
Marketing Cookies
Optional — requires your consent
Marketing cookies track your browsing activity across websites to allow advertising networks to show you relevant advertisements. If you disable these, you may still see advertisements — they will simply be less relevant to your interests.
- Advertising platform pixel tracking (e.g., Google, Meta)
- Conversion tracking for enquiry forms
- Retargeting based on previous site visits
Preference Cookies
Optional — requires your consent
These cookies allow the website to remember choices you make — such as your region or language setting — so you do not have to re-select them on each visit. They make your experience more consistent across sessions.
- Language and regional display settings
- Previously viewed content markers
- User interface customisation choices
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on this site are set by third-party services we use. These are placed according to the privacy policies of those services, not ours. We do not have direct control over these cookies once they are placed.
Third-party services that may place cookies include:
- Google Analytics — aggregate traffic and behaviour reporting
- Google Ads / Tag Manager — conversion tracking and advertising measurement
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — advertising attribution and retargeting
- Microsoft Advertising (Bing) — conversion tracking
You can manage or opt out of third-party cookies using the controls provided by each service, or through your browser settings as described below.
Cookie Duration
Session cookies are temporary. They are stored only while your browser is open and are deleted automatically when you close it. We use session cookies to maintain basic site functionality during your visit.
Persistent cookies remain on your device after your browser is closed, until they reach their expiry date or you delete them manually. Analytics cookies typically expire after 12–26 months. Marketing and preference cookies vary by provider but commonly range from 30 days to 24 months.
The specific expiry period for each cookie we use can vary based on the third-party service that sets it. You can view and delete individual cookies using your browser's developer tools or settings.
Your Cookie Preferences
Use the toggles below to choose which optional cookies you accept. Your choices are saved locally on your device. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the site to function.

Your Rights and Choices

You also have the right to request information about what data is stored about you. Cookie data collected for analytics and advertising purposes is typically anonymised or pseudonymised, but if you have questions about specific data, please contact us.
Please note that disabling certain optional cookies — particularly analytics and preference cookies — may affect the way this site behaves during your visit. Some features may not remember your settings between sessions.
