Each programme format begins with the same underlying framework — common categories of situations and sensible internal habits — and then expands or contracts based on the scope selected. The self-study module distils this to an individual learning format. The workshop brings it into group discussion. The programme build translates it into an organisation-wide structure your advisors can run each year.

Content is framed as educational awareness material, not regulated advisory. Borealix does not act as a compliance consultant or legal advisor. We produce structured reference documents and facilitate group reflection.

A two-hour online module covering the everyday application of anti-bribery principles in commercial settings. The content is structured around common categories of situations that arise in Malaysian workplaces — including how to approach hospitality, gifts, and third-party interactions — with a glossary primer and scenario reflections grounded in office contexts.

The module includes a printable summary card for desk reference. It functions as a standalone resource or as a component within a broader internal awareness programme coordinated by HR or compliance functions.

Anti-Bribery Awareness
Workshop

A four-hour facilitated session delivered at your premises for management and customer-facing teams. The session covers common situation categories, a walk-through of a typical internal escalation pathway, and a facilitated team-reflection segment in which participants work through cases relevant to their own context.

Group size is capped at twenty to allow sufficient time for meaningful discussion. Each participant receives a printed reference handbook. Following the session, the facilitator produces a written summary memo highlighting key themes raised during team reflection — a useful record for HR or compliance documentation purposes.

A twelve-week consulting engagement to help your organisation design its own internal anti-bribery awareness programme from the ground up. The process begins with scoping interviews with leadership to understand your current situation, then moves into mapping existing internal habits and identifying gaps across teams and roles.

The output is a complete starter programme your organisation can run internally with its qualified advisors — including a structured annual awareness calendar, facilitator materials, participant documents, and reference resources adapted to your sector and team structure.
