Programme Overview
Three Formats.
One Clear Purpose.
Each Borealix programme is designed around a distinct organisational need — from a standalone self-study resource to a full bespoke awareness programme built with your leadership team over twelve weeks.
Our Approach
Structured, Practical,
and Adapted to Your Setting
All Borealix materials are designed around the practical realities of Malaysian commercial environments. Rather than offering generic compliance templates, we focus on the everyday decisions and habits that shape how teams handle hospitality, gifts, and third-party relationships.
Each programme format begins with the same underlying framework — common categories of situations and sensible internal habits — and then expands or contracts based on the scope selected. The self-study module distils this to an individual learning format. The workshop brings it into group discussion. The programme build translates it into an organisation-wide structure your advisors can run each year.
Content is framed as educational awareness material, not regulated advisory. Borealix does not act as a compliance consultant or legal advisor. We produce structured reference documents and facilitate group reflection.
Framework-First Design
Every programme is built on a consistent conceptual framework before being adapted to format and audience.
Malaysian Context
Scenarios draw from commercial settings familiar to Malaysian management and operations teams.
Tangible Deliverables
Each format produces a concrete output — summary card, handbook, or full programme pack — not abstract guidance.
HR-Ready Format
Materials integrate smoothly into compliance calendars managed by HR or in-house advisors.
Self-Paced Format
Anti-Bribery Awareness
Self-Study Module
A two-hour online module covering the everyday application of anti-bribery principles in commercial settings. The content is structured around common categories of situations that arise in Malaysian workplaces — including how to approach hospitality, gifts, and third-party interactions — with a glossary primer and scenario reflections grounded in office contexts.
The module includes a printable summary card for desk reference. It functions as a standalone resource or as a component within a broader internal awareness programme coordinated by HR or compliance functions.
What Is Included
- Approximately two hours of self-paced online content, accessible from any device
- Coverage of common situation categories: hospitality, gifts, facilitation, and third-party dealings
- Scenario reflections with office-context examples to support independent thinking
- Glossary primer covering key terms relevant to commercial integrity awareness
- Printable A4 summary card for ongoing desk reference after completion

On-Site Facilitation
Anti-Bribery Awareness
Workshop
A four-hour facilitated session delivered at your premises for management and customer-facing teams. The session covers common situation categories, a walk-through of a typical internal escalation pathway, and a facilitated team-reflection segment in which participants work through cases relevant to their own context.
Group size is capped at twenty to allow sufficient time for meaningful discussion. Each participant receives a printed reference handbook. Following the session, the facilitator produces a written summary memo highlighting key themes raised during team reflection — a useful record for HR or compliance documentation purposes.
What Is Included
- Four hours of structured on-site facilitation at your organisation's premises
- Walk-through of common situation categories and a typical internal escalation pathway
- Facilitated team-reflection segment using contextually relevant discussion prompts
- Printed reference handbook distributed to each participant
- Written summary memo delivered post-session, noting key themes from group discussion
- Group size capped at twenty participants to support quality of discussion

Consulting Engagement
Anti-Bribery Awareness
Programme Build
A twelve-week consulting engagement to help your organisation design its own internal anti-bribery awareness programme from the ground up. The process begins with scoping interviews with leadership to understand your current situation, then moves into mapping existing internal habits and identifying gaps across teams and roles.
The output is a complete starter programme your organisation can run internally with its qualified advisors — including a structured annual awareness calendar, facilitator materials, participant documents, and reference resources adapted to your sector and team structure.
What Is Included
- Scoping interviews with leadership to understand the organisation's context and priorities
- Mapping of current internal habits and identification of awareness gaps across roles
- Design of a structured annual awareness calendar adapted to the organisation's schedule
- Facilitator materials for internal use — session guides, discussion prompts, activity sheets
- Participant reference documents adapted to your industry context
- Complete starter programme pack delivered at close of the engagement
